The Group HR division is responsible for developing and coordinating the human resources strategy for the Media-Saturn Group. Our aim is to establish Media-Saturn as a preferred employer and provide the group with support for all human resources-related matters, thus facilitating further growth and internationalization.

The following departments within Group HR are involved in the strategic and operative aspects of HR:

• Global Mobility 
• Management Development
• Talent Relations Management
• HR Management

The Global Mobility Team sees itself as a partner to executives and HR Management in all areas of human resource policies. The core competencies of the team include international assignments, compensation and benefits, as well as guidelines and policies.

The Management Development team is the engine driving the strategic development of international groups and organizations. It creates individual programs and measures and thus provides support for the personal development of our executive talent. In addition to the transfer of professional know-how, focus is placed on building and enhancing management skills and communicating Media-Saturn’s own particular corporate culture.

The Talent Relations Management team is responsible for positioning Media-Saturn as a top employer in order to inspire enthusiasm for the company in potential new employees. The portfolio of tasks performed by the team include acquiring new talent through strategic sourcing and recruiting, supervising and retaining new recruits, and managing our talent programs. We are also responsible for the communication of HR-related topics both inside and outside the company.

The HR Management team is the key point of contact for management executives and employees at Media-Saturn-Holding and MSITS. The tasks performed by the team include supervising employees, providing advice on measures related to labor law, contract management, remuneration questions and retirement provisions, as well as assisting with development processes and organizational changes.
