Roland Weise
CEO and Chairman of the Management Board
Roland Weise has been a member of the management board since 1992 and has been chairman of the board since 2007. Up until 2006, he was Chief Financial Officer of the corporate group and deputy chairman of the management board.
Jaroslaw Drabarek
COO
Jaroslaw Drabarek joined the company in 2000. In 2008, he was appointed to the management of Media-Saturn-Holding as COO. He was previously chairman of the management board of Media Saturn Holding Polska.
Pieter August Haas
COO
Pieter August Haas joined the company in 2001. He has been COO and a member of the management board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2008. He has also been chairman of the management board of the Media-Saturn Corporate Group’s subsidiary in the Netherlands since 2001.
Dr. Rolf Hagemann
CFO
Dr. Rolf Hagemann has been a member of the management board since 2006. Prior to this, he was Member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer at BMW North America.
Wolfgang Kirsch
CPO
Wolfgang Kirsch joined the company in 1993. He has been a member of the management board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2008. As Chief Procurement Officer, he is responsible for purchasing. He has also been CPO and member the management board of the Media-Saturn Corporate Group’s French subsidiary since May 2007.
Wolfgang Lux
CIO
As a member of the management board, Wolfgang Lux has been responsible for IT, logistics and organization since 2001. He was previously managing director of METRO Group Information Technology GmbH.
Horst Norberg
COO
Horst Norberg joined the company in 1987. As COO, he has been a member of the management board of Media-Saturn-Holding since 2001. Prior to this, he was chairman of the management board of Saturn Management GmbH, responsible for marketing, human resource development and advertising.
Ralph Spangenberg
CHRO
As a member of the management board of Media-Saturn-Holding, Ralph Spangenberg has been responsible for Human Resources since 2009. Prior to this, he was Vice President Human Resources International at Armstrong World Industries, Inc., as well as a member of the management board with responsibility for human resources and director of industrial relations at Armstrong DLW AG, Bietigheim-Bissingen.
